Miss Regan Brennan is a Toronto, Canada native who is now residing in Los Angeles, California. A recent graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, and a fierce advocate of the D.I.Y initiative, Regan has been writing, performing, recording her music independently as well as creating the new Panty Line Manifesta Fiesta.
